In consideration of the urgent need to act towards safeguarding our dying democracy from imminent total collapse, over the continuous gross acts of Impunity by the DSS on the re-arrest of Omoyele Sowore and Olawale Bakare Mandate today Friday 6th December, 2019 within the court precinct, after the court had granted accelerated release order yesterday, in retaliation of that they embarked on gestapo style display of raw naked power feast against the judiciary as being above the law, tantamount to executive recklessness and intimidation of the judiciary, consequently turning the nation into a veritable torture dungeon and Banana Republic where state of anarchism rules.

We are fast depleting into total doom if nothing urgent is done by Hon Justice Tanko Mohammed, Chief Justice of the Federation to rescue the nation from total breakdown of law, resulting into monumental destruction of the bacon of hope and ethos of democracy: rule of law.

I call on the President of our noble Bar Mr. Paul Usoro, SAN to urgently summon an emergency meeting as part of the NEC resolution to declare an indefinite total shut down of the courts nationwide, until the nation is purged off of this unimaginable disdainful taint and desecration of the court by chasing the presiding judge Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu out of the court and brutalizing lawyers and journalists, let the boycott continue until we are better prepared for true fiscal federalism and restoration of sanity, where rule of law thrives above rule of force.
