We’ll Not Be Closing for 2020 Court Vacation – Ogun State Judiciary declares
The Ogun State Judiciary has announced that it will not be proceeding on its 2020 Annual Court Vacation.
This is in view of the COVID-19 pandemic induced lockdown.
In a release signed by the Court Deputy Chief Registrar 1, Mr. Martins Akinyemi, stating that the State Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu has directed that there would be no judiciary vacation this year.
“During this time, all the hierarchy of courts, to wit: the High Court, Magistrate Court and Customary Court will all be operational.
The release indicated that individual Honourable Judges would be proceeding on their annual vacation for the year 2020, as approved by the Hon. Chief Judge.
“Please note that individual Hon. Judges will proceed on Annual Vacation as approved by My Lord, the Hon. Chief Judge.”
