The Hon. President, National Industrial Court of Nigeria, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Benedict Kanyip, PhD, FNIALS has directed that all divisional registrars and members of staff who are on Grade Level 14 and above to resume work with effect from Monday 4th May 2020.

His Lordship also further directed that all Divisional Registrars and Units heads that are below Grade level 14 must be within their respective judicial division for ease of contact where the need arises.

In a memo signed by the Chief Registrar, Olurotimi Williams Daudu, Esq., it was revealed that the directive of the Hon President of the Court was necessitated by the prevailing circumstances occasioned by COVID-19 pandemic and the order of the Federal Government on the gradual reopening of offices, that the Court is only to provide minimal services and close by 2.00 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; enjoined all Divisional Registrars to ensure compliance.
