Capital Bar Law Journal (Call for Articles)
Capital Bar Law Journal is published annually. The Journal is published by Committee on Continuing Legal Education of the NBA Bwari (Capital Bar) established pursuant to Section 10 Sub.(4) of the Third Schedule (Part 1) to the NBA Constitution, 2015.
The Editorial Board is pleased to call for original articles, papers, case reviews and legislation reviews for assessment and possible publication in the 2020 edition.
The paper must be well- researched, original and on contemporary areas of law such as Space Law, Carriages of Goods, Aviation, Substantive Law, Procedural, Environmental Law, Criminal Justice System, Sports Law, Entertainment Law, Impact of Covid19 on Legal Practice, Recent developments in the Legal Profession, Commercial Transactions Law, Corporate Law Practice, Constitutional Law and any area of law; such article should be thoughtful, if is multidisciplinary, then it should be with strong legal content, analytical or with comparative evaluation on trending legal issues.
Authors are encouraged to do joint work. Special attention should be paid to references, quotations, footnotes and symbols to ensure accuracy without plagiarism.
Papers for consideration should be submitted on or before Saturday, October 31, 2020.
