This was made known in a Press statement made available to BarristerNG.

Below is the Press Release
We of the underlisted civil society organisations hereby call on the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association holding tomorrow, 5th December , 2019 to resolve to embark on a nationwide court Boycott to save our ailing democracy.
We call on the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association to take notice of the vandalisation of all democratic tenets by the current President Muhammadu Buhari -led regime and the Department of State Services.
We call on NEC to take notice of the adamant refusal of the said Department of State Services to release the duo of Omoyele Sowore and Olawale Bakare Mandate despite a release warrant signed by Honourable Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu.
We hold that this amounts to the annulment of the Court . We are further perplexed that the Counsel to the State in the matter of Omoyele Sowore and Olawale Bakare Mandate, Hassan Liman SAN has filed an application to transfer the duo to prison custody despite refusing to obey the release warrant. We see this as ABOMINATION.
We call on the Nigerian Bar Association to stand tall and come to the aid of the struggle to rescue Democracy in Nigeria by summoning Hassan Liman SAN to her Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee. We are resolute in solidarity with the Nigerian Bar Association in playing this historical task.
