Onnoghen: See the decisions NJC took at its meeting today on Justice Tanko Mohammed, Danladi Umar

The National Judicial Council has given CJN, Justice Walter Onnoghen, GCON and Justice Tanko Muhammad, CRF seven (7) working days to reply to petitions brought against them.
NJC made this decision at its just-concluded Emergency Meeting held on Tuesday in Abuja.
The council also made reference to the  Petition written against CCT Chairman, Danladi Yakubu Umar to Federal Judicial Service Commission (FJSC)

NJC will reconvene on 11th February 2019

    With due respect to the NJC they have missed the point again the sole issue they ought to look into at the emergency meeting is whether or not the presidency has usurped their powers in relation to the suspension/removal of the CJN and nothing more then take a decision on that matter. Before treating petitions if any against the CJN and others
