Industrial Court President, Justice Babatunde Adejumo Mourns The Exit Of Late Jurist Mamman Nasir


The President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Babatunde Adejumo, OFR has joined Millions of Nigerians in mourning the demise of former President of the Court of Appeal and Galadiman Katsina, Late Hon. Justice Mamman Nasir (Rtd) who died this afternoon, Saturday, 13th April 2019 after a brief illness at the Federal Medical Center, Katsina.

His Lordship stated that Nigeria in its entirety has lost a great jurist and a nationalist per excellence, that late Justice Mamman Nasir noble contribution to the growth of the judiciary would forever remain evergreen.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Judiciary, the government and the good people of Katsina State in particular in this mourning period, we pray God to grant the entire family and Nigeria in general utmost fortitude and grace to bear the irreparable loss.

“May Almighty Allah in his infinite mercy grant the deceased Aljanah Firdous (Amin).

“Verily, a revered and distinguished jurist has gone to rest.”

Justice Babatunde Adejumo said.
