Agbadu-Fishim: “Resign now or face LPDC, Court” – Lawyers threaten NBA President, Paul Usoro SAN

A group of lawyers under the name “CONCERNED MEMBERS OF THE NBA ” have written to NBA President, Paul Usoro SAN to resign from his office for the roles he played in the travails of suspended Industrial Court Judge, Justice James Agbadu-Fishim.

The firm of the NBA President was alleged to have given the embattled Judge monetary “gifts” of which is considered unethical and upon which the Judge was relieved of his duty by the NJC. The NBA president has strenously denied any wrongdoing as his firm’s monetary gift was not done with any ulterior motive but on the ground that the suspended Judge was in need of financial assistance to bury a dead relative.

The letter to the NBA President signed by the conveners of the group, Obioma Ezenwobodo Esq and Ahmed Abubakar Esq gave the NBA President 14 days to resign of face Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee, LPDC, or a court action at the instance of the group.
